A rural exception site of 30 affordable general needs properties containing a mixture of 2 & 3 bedroom houses & bungalows. All dwellings are designed to meet Lifetime Home Standards, SBD 2010 & Code Level 4. WTA worked closely with SARH & the Parish Council and close attention was made to ensure proposals remain sensitive to existing village vernacular.
